Legal information is published in German

The imprint, the privacy policy and the general terms and conditions of digital M. GmbH are published in German. The German version is the binding one.

We have deliberately not published English translations. A translation would create a second wording, and if the two ever differed, it would not be clear which one applied. One authoritative version is clearer for both sides than two that mostly agree.

If you would like us to go through any of these documents with you in English, write to hoi@digitalm.ch and we will do that. An explanation in English is there to help you read the German text. It does not replace it, and it is not legal advice.

Contracts with digital M. GmbH are governed by Swiss law. Our registered office is in Winterthur.
