Muster Kommunikation · Tools for sales

Three apps, one shared set of data

Lead Intelligence finds companies where something is happening right now that justifies a conversation about their communications. The Mail Workshop prepares a finished draft for each of these leads. The Funnel Dashboard records which initiatives drive sales and what the figures say about them.

Demo All companies, people and figures are made up. What you change stays only in this tab until you close it.

The three apps

These are the real interfaces. Only the server is replaced by a replica in the browser, and the leads are examples.

Lead Intelligence

The working list. At most ten new leads are added each day, the most important first.

  • Trigger, rationale and contact person for each lead
  • Assignment “handled by”, follow-up date, due leads light up
  • Statuses open, assigned, in progress, on hold, won, lost
  • Key figures above the list, clickable, plus a history of who changed what
  • Add a missing email address or phone number directly in the card

Mail Workshop

A draft for every lead, split into three parts for copying: recipient, subject, text.

  • The signature follows the assignment from the lead list
  • Attachment with the two case examples that fit the lead
  • One click after sending, and the lead shows as “in progress” in the other app
  • Sent drafts are protected, no later run overwrites them

Funnel Dashboard

The initiatives along the funnel, from awareness to onboarding, with their subtasks.

  • Six statuses, a piece of evidence for every “done”
  • Funnel view by sector, dot size by impact
  • Figures from web analytics and search ads, uploaded daily
  • Conflict protection when two people save at the same time, and a snapshot to send round

How they fit together

The lead app and the Mail Workshop are two windows onto the same data. What one of them sets, the other sees straight away. The work in between is done by runs without an interface.

daily, automatic

Crawler

reads news about CEO changes, mergers, strategy renewals, transformations and rebrandings, scores it and hands it over.

Interface

Lead Intelligence

takes in what is new, blocks duplicates and deleted leads, caps at ten a day. The team assigns them.

at night, automatic

Research and draft

looks for missing contact persons, picks two matching case examples, puts the attachment together and writes the draft.

Interface

Mail Workshop

Check the draft, copy it, send it. The click afterwards sets the lead to “in progress”.

Mondays 09:15

Weekly email

Everyone receives their assigned leads that are still open. Anyone who has sent an email is not reminded.

Interface

Funnel Dashboard

tracks the initiatives, including the two apps above, and shows what they achieve on the website.

daily, automatic

Figures

Web analytics and search ads are fetched once a day and loaded into the dashboard, not queried live.

Try the automation

These buttons replay the runs that work without an interface in the real app. Then reload the lead list or the workshop and see what has happened.

Nothing has run yet.

A five-minute tour

  1. In Lead Intelligence, click the key figure “open”. Assign a person to a lead.
  2. “Exempel Medtech” has no contact person. Type in a name and save it with Enter. Under “History” at the top right, you can now see who did it.
  3. A red light runs round the card for “Exempel Bau”: the follow-up is due today.
  4. Switch to the Mail Workshop and choose “Beispiel Versicherungen”. The signature comes from the assignment. “Open presentation” shows what would go out as the attachment.
  5. Set it to “in progress” and go back to the lead list: the label is already there.
  6. Press “Simulate crawler run” above twice. The second time, the daily cap of ten new leads a day kicks in.
  7. In the Funnel Dashboard, under “Ideas”, expand an initiative and move a subtask on to its next status.

How it is built

What is inside

  • A Cloudflare Worker with a KV store. No framework, no database, no build chain apart from one small script.
  • Interfaces in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Login by a six-digit code sent to a company address, then a signed cookie for thirty days.
  • The business logic sits in one file, demo/api-kern.js. The same file runs here in the browser and on the server in the real app.
